At the heart of our work is a simple belief: growing your own food should be joyful, rewarding, and within reach for everyone. With years of hands-on experience working on diversified small farms, we’ve learned the unique rhythms of North Florida's seasons, the quirks of different crops, and the satisfaction that comes from a truly fresh harvest.
Now, we're bringing that knowledge to home gardens and community organizations—helping people skip the trial-and-error phase (and yes, the lost carrots) to grow thriving, beautiful, and productive spaces. Whether you're brand new to gardening or looking to level up your backyard setup, we're here to help you grow with confidence—and enjoy the fruits (and vegetables) of your labor sooner.
Cultivators Collective grew out of a conversation between two farmers in the field. As Erica and Rose worked side by side, they noticed a growing interest from friends and neighbors who wanted to start growing their own food—but didn’t know where to begin. With roots in both commercial agriculture and community gardening, they saw an opportunity to bridge that gap, sharing their knowledge to help others cultivate their own gardens with confidence and joy.
We understand the importance of providing healthy, chemical-free food for your family, because that's what we want for our families, too!
Our approach is focused on building healthy soil, strong plants, and vibrant ecosystems, ensuring that your garden thrives in harmony with the environment. We believe that the best food comes from the earth’s natural processes, which is why we never use synthetic chemical pesticides or fertilizers in our practices.
Drawing from a background in agriculture, hospitality, and retail management, Erica brings a unique blend of practical expertise and people-centered leadership to her work. Rose’s commitment to education and empowerment has shaped her approach—drawing from her experience developing farmer training programs as well as mentoring new growers through the USDA’s Transition to Organic Partnership Program. She believes in meeting people where they are, and knows how powerful it can be to learn from someone who’s invested in your success and excited to help you grow.
We also work with expert growers, trainees, and partners from around the community.
